This another experiment with different colours of card with Squeaks to see how they affect not only the narrative of the story but also how they make the character appear more life like.
I have gone with reducing the amount of coloured card used in the body of Squeaks to simply making the colour card the necessary components instead of tone of colour card placed over each other. Not only does it reduce the clashing of the components but it also adds a nice after affect to the actual puppet as well as the coloured card reflecting the light of the animation lamps nicely adding another interesting affect in the process that I might consider later on. The actual animation was as sucecss and I am getting better at recreating mouse like action in the Squeaks puppet but if I am going to make a sort animation I need to make more puppets. Maybe I should start utilizing the coloured card as backgrounds as well.
